Staff attention, attitude. Cleanliness.
The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was unavailable, due to the first day of the fasting month. The low occupancy rate is the reason.. But they still serve ALA carte by the table.. The gym was closein the early morning.

Staff are very helpfull, nice and clean room, good quality room aminities, very good and alot off choice for breakfast menu.

Wonderful
Clean and comfortable room. The staffs are pleasant and helpful.You are treated like a VIP. Breakfast just average but tasty. Will repeat my stay in thus hotel when I come to Bandung..
First the view not so pleasing but they change my room so I got the garden view but just help a little bit.
